WORKSHOPS & SPEAKING

Interactive Workshops · Speaking & Presentations · Mental Health Education & Professional Training

Thoughtful conversations. Fresh perspectives. Psychology for real life.

Psychology offers powerful insights into how we think, feel, relate, and navigate the world around us. As a clinical psychologist and educator, I bring those insights beyond the therapy room through engaging, relatable conversations that encourage reflection, connection, and practical learning.

From wellness communities to workplaces, universities, and professional events, I create experiences tailored to the people in the room.

FOR YOGA, PILATES, AND FITNESS INSTRUCTORS

Body-Respectful, Trauma-Informed Teaching

Training that helps instructors create classes where every body feels welcome: trauma-informed cueing, language that supports positive body image, and practical alternatives to diet- and appearance-focused comments, so clients feel comfortable returning.

I bring a psychologist’s perspective to this work, along with more than a decade of practicing yoga and Pilates and a completed 200-hour yoga teacher training.

Topics and formats can be adapted to your audience, goals, and event. Custom presentations and collaborations are welcome.
