INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

A space to better understand yourself and move toward what matters.

You may be someone who appears to have things together on the outside but feels overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in familiar patterns. Or perhaps you’re navigating a difficult transition, questioning expectations you’ve placed on yourself, or looking for a different way to approach life’s challenges.

Whatever brings you to therapy, you don’t need to have everything figured out before getting started.

Who I Work With

I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationships, identity, and personal growth, with a particular focus on college and graduate students, early-career professionals, and people managing demanding expectations or significant life transitions.

My practice is inclusive and affirming, with attention to how culture, identity, family dynamics, and lived experiences shape our mental health.

Areas of Focus

Anxiety & Overthinking

Persistent worry, social anxiety, panic, health anxiety, and difficulty managing uncertainty.

Intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, reassurance seeking, and patterns of avoidance.

OCD & Related Concerns

Self-criticism, fear of failure, comparison, achievement pressure, and difficulty feeling good enough.

Perfectionism & Self-Worth

Eating disorders, disordered eating, body dissatisfaction, and rigid relationships with food or exercise.

Eating & Body Image

Dating, communication, boundaries, family dynamics, identity exploration, and major life decisions.

Relationships & Life Transitions

Depression & Emotional Well-Being

Low mood, emotional distress, loss of motivation, and difficulty feeling connected to yourself or your life.

MY APPROACH TO THERAPY

Evidence-based care that feels personal.

I believe effective therapy is both collaborative and active. We’ll work together to understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical skills, and explore new ways of responding to difficult experiences.

I tailor treatment to your needs, drawing from:

ACT

Learning to navigate difficult thoughts and feelings while making choices guided by what matters to you.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

CBT

Understanding and changing patterns of thinking and behavior that contribute to distress.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

ERP

An evidence-based treatment for OCD that helps reduce compulsive responses and avoidance.

Exposure and Response Prevention

I also integrate mindfulness and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills when appropriate.
