Who I Work With

I provide therapy for adults, with a focus on Gen Z and Millennial clients navigating school, work, relationships, and personal growth. My practice is especially well-suited for college and graduate students, early-career professionals, and individuals facing transitions, identity exploration, or high-pressure environments. I also offer culturally informed care for those navigating cross-cultural identities and intergenerational dynamics.

Commitment to Inclusive & Affirming Care

As a licensed clinical psychologist, I approach therapy with deep respect for the complex and diverse experiences that shape each person’s life. I believe that identity, culture, and lived experience matter—and that feeling safe, seen, and understood is essential to healing and growth.

My practice is grounded in cultural humility and a commitment to creating a space where people of all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences feel welcome. I actively work to understand how factors such as race, gender, sexuality, body size, ability, religion, and socioeconomic background may influence a person’s mental health and access to care.

I am a cisgender woman (she/hers) and recognize the importance of being open about the perspectives I bring into the room. I invite honest dialogue, curiosity, and shared learning as we build a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, respect, and authenticity.
