Meet
Dr. Parissa Nili

As a licensed clinical psychologist, I’m deeply inspired by the human capacity for growth, resilience, and change. In addition to my private practice, I serve as a Clinical Associate Professor at Keck School of Medicine of USC, where I stay connected to the latest research and clinical innovation. My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in compassion—we’ll work together to understand your experiences, build insight, and develop practical tools to support your mental health and personal growth.

My Therapeutic Philosophy

I believe effective therapy is rooted in trust, collaboration, and authenticity. I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices while honoring cultural context, strengths, and lived experience. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore challenges, build insight, and develop practical tools for living a more meaningful and values-aligned life.

Outside of my work, I value time with friends and family, love traveling, and recharge through yoga. I also enjoy discovering new restaurants and hiking with my dog.
